Relationship Therapy for Individuals, Couples & Families

Finding a way through, together

All relationships go through difficult times. You might be feeling stuck, hurt, disconnected, or unsure how things became this way—especially after something significant like a loss, illness, separation, or ongoing tensions with loved ones.

Therapy offers a space to slow things down and begin to make sense of what’s happening in your relationships. Together, we can work toward better understanding, clearer communication, and a way forward that feels possible for everyone involved.

Often, what’s affecting one person is felt by others too. In our conversations, there is room for each person’s experience, perspective, and hopes for change. You don’t need to have it all figured out—we can think about it together.

Building on what’s already there

Even when relationships feel strained or stuck, there are often strengths, hopes, and a genuine desire for connection that can become the foundation for change. I work collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families to identify and build on these strengths, creating a space where everyone feels heard, respected, and safe to have honest conversations.

We will move at a pace that feels right for you, focusing on what matters most and what may help create meaningful and lasting change. Through this process, new perspectives can emerge, understanding can deepen, and stronger, more connected relationships can develop.

About Mandy

I’ve spent over 30 years working alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate relationship difficulties and life changes.

I moved to Aotearoa New Zealand from the UK with my family in 2006, and bring both professional and personal experience of navigating change, family life, and the challenges that can come with it. My children are now adults, and I value the perspective that comes with both lived and professional experience.

My approach focuses on what’s happening between people—helping you make sense of patterns in communication and relationships and finding a way forward that feels possible.

I aim to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and real—where honest, sometimes challenging conversations can happen, and where you feel heard and understood.
